• Photos » Slide Show		Arcadia Rooming House This building was built by Louis Peterson (Mr. Peterson) in about 1903. He was just finishing this as he married his second wife, Helene Jochimsen.   		Immigrant Ship Pretoria Helene Jochimsen immigrated to America from Germany on this ship. She met Mr. Peterson as she traveled. They fell in love and he continued to court her after they arrived in America. Mr. Peterson was returning from Germany to America.
